Engr. Al – Mamun is the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant of NAF Engineers and M.Rahman& Associates which is a reliable structural consultancy firm working closely with public and private organizations. Prior to his present assignment he worked as the Project In charge (Advance Angel City) of Advance Development Technologies Ltd. Advance Development is considered as one of the leading construction companies of the country. He was also the Project Engineer and In charge, BCS Police Town comprised of 26 eleven storied buildings which is being constructed under supervision of Advanced Development Technology Ltd. on about 25 acre land for Police Officers of Bangladesh Police. He has also served as Project Engineer of Vasantek Housing Project which is a Govt. funded project being implemented by North South Property Development. This project is planned on 50 acres of land with number of 6 and 11 storied buildings. In his initial career days he also worked as Asst. Manager (Construction), Dignity Textile Mills Ltd which is located at Sreepur of GazipurDist on approx. 25 acres of land.
Mamun has keen interest for various research works. He is the author of a thesis Book titled Building Foundation Practice in Khulna Metropolitan City, Bangladesh. He took his formal education i.e. post-graduation from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) and graduation degree on civil engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology.
Mamun took training from Engineering Staff College, Bangladesh on STAAD.Pro in June-2012, on Plumbing Technology in July 12, ETABS Training In September2012. He also took training on Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) Training From – Engineering Staff College, Bangladesh in October 2012
Mamun attend the Single Country Trade Fare at PWTC in Kulalumpur,Malaysia from 7 to 10 July’08. During his visit to Malaysia he Supervised One KL,Building,24 KL Central Road, Malaysia which is a 40 Storied Building with 96 Flat With (Each Flat) Swimming Pool from 10 to 18 July. He aslo Supervised Two Car Factories in Shahalom-Malaysia.5 Buildings were Under Construction in that Period in Shahalom – Malaysia.
